Dr. Ani Yeremyan, Second Secretary of the Embassy, participated in the round-table discussion within the International Conference organised at Jawaharlal Nehru University

On 29 July, Dr. Ani Yeremyan, Second Secretary of the Embassy, participated in the round-table discussion on “Contemporary Eurasia: Perspectives, Challenges and Prospects,” that was held within the conference “Eurasian Civilizations at the Crossroads” organised by the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. She presented Armenia's perspectives on regional peace, connectivity and cooperation.

Armenia’s economic development trends, its favourable investment environment and the potential of its high-tech sector were also addressed.

In the context of the diversification policy adopted by the Government of Armenia across a number of directions in recent years, particular attention was drawn to the dynamically progressing Armenia–India multifaceted cooperation, that continues to expand in the cultural field as well.

It was emphasized that historically positioned at the crossroads connecting East to West, North to South, Armenia remains committed to contributing to the strengthening of mutual understanding, trust and cooperation among different regions and civilizations.
